About

Our Story: West Meets East

Our dream had always been to build a retreat center in the mountains of the West. We’d invite clients for their annual meetings, teams for exploration of ways of working, and partnerships for remembering their original mission. We wanted to create an inspirational and welcoming place indoors with access to the outdoors to renew and regenerate.

When 2020 arrived, we found our coaching paths suddenly altered to focus more on family, health, sustenance, and movement. Weekend hikes in our beloved New Hampshire mountains brought long talks and deep connection. We got to know the land as a great source of healing.

Working out of the house eventually wasn’t expansive enough. We needed a space that would hold and inspire our embodied leadership work. A place where we could move and create. A place where leaders and their teams could grow and learn from mind, heart, and body.  A place also located near the mountains, forests and water as natural guides and inspiration.  We began calling this place our “studio” like ones that artists, dancers, musicians, or yogis use for creativity and inner work.

In 2022, we brought our retreat-center-to-studio dream to Mill West in Manchester, NH. West meets East in a former textile mill where American flags were once made in the old French-Canadian side of the city. The Studio rests on Abenaki fishing grounds next to the falls on the Merrimack River. We honor all those before us who called this land home and the impact that generations before and after us will make on it.

Ripple Effect Studio officially opens in 2023.  It is here that we welcome teams and leaders to understand where their past meets their future, where their west meets their east, where they are rooted and where they flow.

Our Partnership: Alchemy

Trinnie & Scott are a married team.  Collectively, we have over 30 years of coaching hundreds of leadership clients from all over the world.  We bring the alchemy of our combined magic when we facilitate teams together. We are West (Scott) and East (Trinnie). We are part cowboy, part athlete, part dancer, part yogi.  We are yin and yang, masculine and feminine.  We believe in an embodied whole being – the whole team, you might say – approach to our coaching.
