After years of visiting teams and leaders in their spaces, we opened our own Studio in Manchester for teams to have the best possible experience working on themselves.  We believe in creating a great team ourselves with similar values.  As we continue to expand, we seek a Hospitality Coordinator to help our team coaching exceed our client’s expectations.

The Role

Ripple Effect Studio is currently seeking a Part-Time Hospitality Coordinator for Group/Team Facilitations to join our team in the Studio. Successful candidates will be those who love to host, are great with people, and are able to help provide welcoming, meet and greet and light food/beverage service on days where we host larger teams. This role would be on a contractual part-time basis, when team are present, ranging from 5-20 hours per month as needed, but may vary.  We want someone who is flexible with their time, organized and dependable.  We believe in our people and valuing them appropriately, so pay is competitive.  

Job Responsibilities

Some of the services of this role include:

  • Greeting clients as they arrive
  • Making coffee drinks and tea for clients
  • Setting up food for breaks and lunches
  • Ordering lunch when needed
  • Arranging spaces to accommodate lunch breaks for the teams
  • Cleaning up following an event

We have a lovely kitchen space complete with a Keurig and Nespresso machine, where you will work most of the time. While teams are in session, we have both a meditation room and a conference room you may use during any down time.
